V&H Homes is a family-run estate agency built on trust, integrity and a genuine passion for helping people move. Founded in 2009 by Paul Aboud, the business began as a small independent agency in Ashtead with a simple vision: to offer exceptional service, honest advice and outstanding results.

In 2016, Paul’s daughter Victoria joined the company and now co-runs the business, helping drive its growth and bringing fresh energy, innovation and operational expertise. Together, Paul and Victoria have shaped V&H Homes into one of the area’s most respected estate agencies - while remaining proudly independent and true to their family values.
