Really helpful from the start of the process to the end including the challenges faced in the middle of the sale and towards the end. Certain members of V&H homes staff will know what I mean.
The Team at V&H Homes did a great job of selling our home. We had been with another agent for 10 weeks with no real interest and moved across to V&H. The house sold within 10 days! Dan was great during the contract process and valuation, Cornelia was excellent at viewings and communication & Maria handled the process after offer through to Exchange really well and this was all done and dusted within 10 weeks. All in all we would highly recommend V&H homes.

From the word go when Daniel Ransom came to me for a valuation (& others), I decided he was 'the one' for me. I made the right choice & he has been amazing, a true professional at all times, no "jack the lad", no attitude.
Being proactive & hard working was well received. I can honestly say he has earned his money.

I cannot speak more highly of the team at Ashtead. I sold my house and the whole process was handled professionally and as smoothly as possible. I really liked the personal service and the "genuine" approach, especially having moved the house sale from one of the competitors in the area. Dan and the team were always super helpful and responded quickly to any questions or queries that I had. I also purchased a new home through V&H. Again, Maria and the team were absolute super stars. V&H Homes have been amazing with the sale of our house. The whole team but especially Maria were extremely knowledgeable and so helpful. Maria made the process smooth and made sure we were informed of all developments.
