The rent - Usually payable monthly in advance.

Unpaid rent charges - Interest at 3% above the Bank of England base rate. Will only be applied after the rent remains unpaid for 14 days.
Variation of contract - tenants request £50.00 inc vat.
Lost key(s) or other security device(s) - £15.00 inc vat per hour plus cost of materials.
Change of sharer - tenant’s request £50.00 inc vat.
Early termination of tenancy - tenant’s request £360.00 inc vat, tenant liable for remaining rent due under tenancy until replacement tenancy has commenced.
