From meeting Paul for an initial consultation to exchange of contracts took less than 6 weeks. Dan took the lead on the sale of my house and was exceptional, he was even willing to advise me on the purchase of a property in Scotland. Maria must also be mentioned as she was of great help when Dan his day off. Every member of the team I spoke to or met was extremely professional. They are driven and will get the job of selling your house done but they also have a very kind personal touch. I could not speak more highly of V&H homes.
Terrific service. Very proactive, responsive and excellent communication. We accepted Paul’s evaluation in the morning, we were on their website, with photographs that day. Several good quality viewing followed, we accepted an offer 2 days later! Maria was wonderful and a pleasure to deal with.
