The whole team at V&H have been excellent during the process of renting through them. However, special mention should go to Tom who is not your typical lettings agent. He worked so hard to get everything completed to a very tight deadline, responded to calls and messages promptly and really pushed to get all the paperwork in on time. And it didn't stop when we moved in - as issues have arisen, he has continued to be just as responsive and proactive. The Ashtead office is a credit to V&H and I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking to do business in the area.
